This was design jam and a personal passion project. The idea is to create an AI powered recipe app that’ll work in a similar way to smartphone assistants. The AI bot, Hoots the owl, will be there to chat with the user about their recipe needs and will curate a home page that’ll get more accurate and useful the more user interacts with the app.

The assistant is personified through the owl logo to make the AI feature friendlier and accessible, especially for the users who might not be super familiar with AI usage.
