Second Cup Coffee
Second Cup Coffee Co acted as the main control point for all the international franchises for the coffee giant.
I worked as the Marketing Manager for the international franchise team, supporting café partners across global markets. I was often the first point of contact for brand and marketing questions, helping franchisees bring the brand to life in a way that felt both consistent and locally relevant.
From building brand guidelines and seasonal marketing toolkits to managing head office social channels, updating the website, and creating design, photo, and video assets, my work balanced big-picture brand thinking with hands-on execution, always with clarity, consistency, and real-world usability in mind.
Social media posts
I managed and created content for the head office social channels at Second Cup Coffee Co., balancing brand storytelling with day-to-day community management. From campaign visuals to handling customer inquiries, my focus was on maintaining a cohesive visual identity while keeping the brand responsive and human.
Website overhaul
I led a visual refresh of the website, developing an interactive prototype in Figma that was later implemented in WordPress. The goal was to modernize the look and feel, improve visual hierarchy, and ensure the digital experience reflected the same warmth and clarity found in-store.
Packaging designs
These packaging pieces were designed for in-café items and seasonal launches, ensuring every touchpoint felt on-brand.
I worked within (and helped evolve) the visual system to create packaging that was both functional in-store and strong enough to stand out in customer photos.
Loyalty App
These static screen designs explore visual consistency within the brand’s digital ecosystem. The focus was on maintaining strong brand recognition while creating a clean, intuitive layout that supports user engagement and repeat visits.
Print & Internal Communications
Clear communication was essential when working with international franchise partners. These examples (including an internal memo design and a marketing calendar) show how I translated brand standards into structured, easy-to-use documents that supported alignment across global markets.
Video & Motion
From short-form social content to promotional pieces, I handled filming, editing, and post-production. Each project focused on capturing the brand’s warmth and energy while ensuring the final output felt polished and platform-ready.
